Approved/Recommended Footwear for Indoor Soccer Turf: We strongly encourage you find a turf shoe from NIke/Adidas/Under Armor/Puma that offer Multi-directional compression-molded studs that provide excellent turf traction.
You are allowed to wear an indoor/outdoor flat which is designed for gym floors which has a Rubber outsole that provides traction on court and indoor courts (gym floors). This is the 2nd best option for a turf field. 
Please note that you are allowed to wear a tennis shoe or running shoe on the turf surface but we do not recommend this type of shoe because it does not offer ankle support/protection and does not grip the turf or provide turf traction like a normal turf shoe which is designed for this type of playing surface.
